RVI is an IBM i-based solution. Because RVI runs on your IBM i server, you have the assurance that it can deliver the scalability, security and ease of operation you have come to expect from your IBM i processor. Integration issues are simplified and interfacing to your applications can be accomplished quickly and easily.

RVI supports a wide variety of content types. This includes scanned documents, imported PC files, digital photographs, facsimiles, e-mails, audio / visual files and even your IBM System i spool file output (such as reports, listings, statements, invoices, AFP documents and more.)

RVI is a complete system. Everything you are looking for is already included. A capture solution is provided so secondary software is not required. There are no extra scanning / indexing charges or limits on how many documents can be stored or processed. The RVI Complete system also includes advanced workflow capabilities, internet support, Microsoft application integration and PDF document delivery.

RVI offers flexibility. Options are available to accommodate your budget and technical needs. For capture, RVI can interface with Kofax supported scanners, TWAIN scanners, Multi-Function Devices (MFDs), digital cameras, signature pads and more. For archival, RVI can store to your IBM i disk, Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices or Write Once Read Many (WORM) hardware solutions such as Ultra Density Optical (UDO) libraries from Alliance / Plasmon, Blu-ray Disc technology from Powerfile or Removable Disk (RDX) technology from ProStor Systems. RVI can interface to your green screen, browser based or even PC applications. And there are multiple RVI viewer options so you can select a look that best meets your user preferences.

You pay ONE price ONE time. Pricing for RVI is entirely CPU based. There are NO user related fees. Annual maintenance is only 15% which entitles you to future RVI software releases.

The RVI Spool File System is an entry level imaging solution for System i spool file capture, storage and retrieval. It eliminates the need for distributing multiple copies of printed reports and this system is fully

upgradeable to the RVI Complete Imaging System.

The RVI Basic Imaging System is an entry level imaging solution for scanning, storing and retrieving black & white documents, color images and imported external documents. Commonly referred to as a Digital File

Cabinet, it is fully upgradeable to the RVI Complete Imaging System.
